The Recruitment Services Division has been set up in direct response to numerous client requests for an all inclusive provider of a complete outsourced solution. Recruitment is probably one of the most difficult times for our clients, trying to balance time spent covering not just the interview and offer process, but the gap in their current team. SRA have put together a raft of services, from initial CV short listing through to a complete managed service, which clients can choose to utilise as they see fit.

This flexibility allows clients to optimise their time against ongoing costs and the all important, 'bottom line'.

The SRA recruitment team, is headed by Ralph Hemmi, who has been recruiting across IT, Executive, Call Centre and Finance arena's for 15 years, and was a recent winner at the prestigious National Sales Awards. Having also worked in both IT and Call Centres for the likes of Hewlett Packard, Tetra Pak and The MOD, he understands the commercial issues many recruiters face when trying to optimise quality, cost and time. All SRA Consultants have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience and have worked previously within their specialist field so understand the industry they are recruiting into – an enormous benefit to both client and candidate.

advertised assignments

This tends to be one of the more popular methods where a middle or senior manager is required on relatively short timescales. SRA will work closely with the Client to ascertain a full brief and advertisement whilst analysing which national, local or trade press it should run in.

database search

SRA have an existing database of applicants from many vertical markets built over 14 years. This base is added to daily and the favoured recruitment method for clients recruiting junior to mid–level personnel.

search & selection

More senior assignments often require a particular skill set which is normally not on a database. These skill sets need to be identified and approached with the confidentiality and professionalism expected from both parties. This will take place by utilising a current 'network' of contacts whilst looking at associated business groups.

volume recruitment/assessment centres

Very popular with clients recruiting new teams or large numbers – such as the call centre environment - SRA will undertake all or some of the following:
